It all starts with a great business idea but you might not know exactly how to go about it. And even when you have started up your business you get exposed to elements that keep you from doing what you went into business for.
There are not enough hours in a day to get all the work done. Administrative tasks seems be done double. Paperwork gets lost. Bills don't get paid. Customers are not paying you. Do we (have to) register for GST? The phone doesn't ring. We seem to be running in circles.
We do quote a lot but hardly get the business in the end. I am not sure whether I am getting the most out of my software . How do I motivate my staff? I spend a lot on advertising but it doesn't seem to bring the business in. I am paying too much tax. It all seems to be going pretty ok, but we don't really grow.
